The price includes:
Consumption of electricity, gas and water, bed linen and towels, daily cleaning service (kitchen not included).
The animals are not allowed.
Extra services available:
Price for every additional person: 15%
Check-in: 12:00 – 20:00 - Check-out: 10:00
PAYMENT
The deposit of 30% must be paid at the moment of the confirmation with
a bank transfer.
On your arrival the payment of the balance will be required (all credits card are
allowed).
CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation before the beginning of the stay, the renter will
inform Residence Arco Antico by fax (+39 0931 445185) or by
e-mail or by registered letter or by telegram.
The deposit will be handed back to the renter only if Residence Arco Antico receives
the cancellation not less than 14 days before the stay.
